The Peace of Mind Journey

The husband and wife team of Nicholas and Susanne are the original founders of the company, establishing the business in Wellington and Greytown in the Wairarapa back in 2009. While travelling overseas, Nicholas spotted security screen doors far superior to that available in New Zealand. Appreciating the importance of home security, Nicholas set about to start his own business and scoured the world for options to provide New Zealand’s safest security screen door. Ultimately his worldwide search led him to Australia, where he teamed up with Crimsafe, to produce the safest security screen door in New Zealand.

With Nicholas having over 21 years’ experience in aluminium and timber joinery fabrication and an eye for detail, demand for their products exceeded expectations. With Susanne’s interior design and office skills, their two branches flourished, expanding their product lines in response to client demand.

With more than enough work to cope with in the lower North Island, Susanne reached out to her cousin Graham and his partner Heather to see if they could be persuaded to return to New Zealand to establish an Auckland branch.

Graham has spent the last 30 years working in building, joinery fabrication and installation, along with Heather’s expertise in customer service and administration, they we the perfect people to establish the Auckland office in 2016.

To understand the emphasis on detail and the determination to only manufacture quality products, you only need take a tour of the Auckland factory, which is always impeccably tidy, even in the midst of a busy day! Their commitment to quality is also reflected in the fact that they only manufacture with high quality materials, typically sourced from either Australia or Europe.
